Nonprofit Leaders To Star At CES

When it comes to the Consumer Electronics Shows (CES) in Las Vegas, you immediately think about the futuristic tech that would make your life more fun, productive and the envy of everyone. CES will next week include a discussion with nonprofit CEOs on how tech is changing the lives of their clients worldwide.

It is a panel discussion, which will be live streamed free, titled a “Mission Driven Innovation: Solving Humanity’s Biggest Challenges.” Panelists include: Nancy Brown, CEO, American Heart Association; Wayne Frederick, M.D., interim CEO, American Cancer Society; Susannah Schaefer, CEO and president, Smile Train; and Joanne Pike, DrPH, CEO and president, Alzheimer’s Association. The session is facilitated by Gretchen Littlefield, CEO of Moore, a data-driven constituent experience management company.

“CES wanted to create a panel to shine a light how AI and technology are driving breakthroughs in critical health conditions affecting people worldwide,” said Littlefield. Topics that would resonate with CES’s global audience include cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s, and cleft lip and palate, she explained. “These four panelists are at the forefront of innovation and can speak to how they are leading their organizations to make significant strides in their respective fields,” she said.

Part of the “CES 2025 Great Minds Series,” the panel discussion will take place during CES 2025, on Thursday, January 9, from 11:00 a.m. to 11:40 a.m. PST in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The session will also be available via live stream. As the conference kicks off on January 7, people can register to watch the session for free via the event site: CES Schedule: Mission-Driven Innovation.
